We are a small business located right outside of Washington, D.C. and we ship nationwide and internationally. If you are in D.C., Maryland, or Northern Virgina, catch us at one of our local pop-ups - we would love to meet you!

Easy 30-Day Returns We want you to love your District Bangle! If you're not completely satisfied, return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
- Drop off at any U.S. Post Office
Return Conditions
- Returns must be postmarked no more than 30 calendar days from the date of sale.
- Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days

Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at the email above. We'll be happy to replace or repair it within 1 year of purchase at no cost. After that period, we will do our best to help with a discounted replacement. Please note that normal wear, accidents, or improper care are not considered defects.

What are your products made of?
Base Metal - Flexible carbon steel, cold forged for strength and maximum flexibility. Will not tarnish/will not turn skin green.
Plating: Our jewelry is finished in genuine 14k gold, 14k rose gold, or rhodium (silver color) plating, each sealed with a clear, protective coating to preserve shine and color.
Crystals: Crafted from recycled glass and precision-cut with a proprietary method that results in exceptional brilliance.

How do I take care of my bangles?
Your gold plated and rhodium plated jewelry is water-friendly for everyday wear. Keep it away from prolonged soaking, abrasives, and chemicals, and store it dry to preserve its glow. A soft, dry cloth (or damp with plain water) is safest, as even mild soap can leave residue or speed up fading.
Where are your products manufactured?
Many of products are manufactured locally in the United States, and several are made globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners based on quality workmanship and fair labor practices.
What are your sustainability practices?
District Bangle supports sustainability. We only pair with manufactures who can guarantee fair labor and environmental practices. Where possible, we use recycled or upcycled materials, such as upcycled glass crystals and recycled packaging.
